WUTONG is the brand responsible for the xmp2c1 product and this website. Privacy requests may be sent to gg416914162@gmail.com. Paddle separately acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice.
Information we process
For purchases and fulfillment, WUTONG may receive or store the checkout email, Paddle customer and transaction identifiers, purchased item, price and product identifiers, currency, order total, refund or dispute status, license and entitlement records, activation history, hashed installation identifiers, conversion request identifiers, remaining allowance, and delivery status.
WUTONG does not receive or store full payment-card details. The desktop product processes presets and color data locally; the current licensing workflow does not upload your photographs or source preset contents to WUTONG.
Hosting and security systems may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, request time, URL, browser or device details, and diagnostic logs. If you contact support, WUTONG and its email provider process your address, message, attachments, and related metadata. The optional email field on the home page is a demonstration and is not sent or saved.
Why we use information
Information is used to verify completed orders, issue and validate licenses, allocate or consume entitlements, deliver activation and download instructions, provide support, prevent fraud and license abuse, respond to refunds and disputes, diagnose faults, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, these activities rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent.
Paddle and service providers
Paddle processes checkout, payment, tax, receipt, refund, and fraud information as Merchant of Record. Read the Paddle Privacy Notice. WUTONG uses website hosting and database infrastructure for the site and licensing records, and Google services for delivery email and installer storage.
Limited information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate the product, or with authorities when legally required. Providers may process data outside your country under safeguards required by applicable law. WUTONG does not sell personal information or use purchase email addresses for marketing without separate consent.
Retention and security
Transaction, license, entitlement, and security records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased license, account for conversions, support the buyer, handle refunds or disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal or tax obligations. Support messages and technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
WUTONG uses access controls, signed webhooks and licenses, one-way hashes for activation and installation identifiers, and protected delivery links. No internet, storage, or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email gg416914162@gmail.com. WUTONG may need enough information to verify and answer the request safely. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available in your location.
The product is not directed to children under 16. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, government identification, private signing keys, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Updates
WUTONG may update this notice when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date appears at the top. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires another approach.
