One-time offers and entitlement rules
WUTONG offers 10 conversions for USD 20, 30 conversions for USD 45, 100 conversions for USD 100, 30-Day Unlimited for USD 299, and a Perpetual Desktop License for USD 3,000. Every option is a one-time purchase. None renews automatically or creates a monthly or annual subscription. Applicable tax and the final total are shown by Paddle at checkout.
Each successfully converted source preset uses one conversion; an attempt that produces no valid conversion does not count. Purchased conversion packs have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not expire on a fixed calendar date while the license remains active.
A 30-Day Unlimited entitlement begins on first activation and runs for 30 consecutive 24-hour periods. Additional 30-day purchases stack. During an active unlimited period, conversions do not reduce conversion-pack balances.
The Perpetual Desktop License permits continuing use of the version supplied at purchase with unlimited conversions and no recurring fee. It does not promise every future major version, feature, update, operating-system adaptation, or indefinite support unless WUTONG states that separately in writing.
Software license and restrictions
WUTONG grants the purchaser a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use xmp2c1 on one active Windows computer controlled by the purchaser, subject to the purchased entitlement. First activation binds the license to that computer. Contact WUTONG support to release the previous device before a legitimate computer replacement or major system rebuild.
Website-issued licenses require an internet connection for activation, entitlement checks, conversion authorization, device enforcement, and refund or chargeback handling. Copying the installer, activation code, or local license files to another computer does not transfer the license.
You may not sell, rent, share, sublicense, publish, bypass activation or conversion controls, distribute the installer or key, share an account, or operate an unauthorized conversion service for others. To the extent applicable law permits the restriction, you may not reverse engineer the software.
Commercial output rights
You may sell presets, styles, LUTs, and other color outputs you create through your lawful use of xmp2c1, set your own prices, and keep your resulting revenue. WUTONG takes no revenue share. Marketplace, payment, and tax fees charged by others may still apply, and WUTONG does not guarantee sales or earnings.
You must own or have permission to use every source preset, profile, image, and other input. Conversion does not transfer copyrights, trademarks, contractual rights, or other rights that belong to a third party. Commercial output rights do not include the right to resell the software, installer, activation code, account, or conversion entitlement.
Compatibility and product limits
xmp2c1 0.5.11 is supplied as Windows desktop software. Supported inputs and outputs are described on the product page. Different raw and color engines may interpret the same source differently, so pixel-for-pixel identity is not guaranteed. Adaptive or AI masks, local edits, crop, healing, sharpening, noise reduction, grain, and other image-dependent controls do not become a universal LUT.
Adobe, Lightroom, Camera Raw, Capture One, DaVinci Resolve, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Compatibility references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Test critical client work before distribution.
Orders, Paddle, delivery, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment-related customer service and returns.
A purchase is fulfilled only after WUTONG receives and verifies Paddle's signed completed-transaction notice. Delivery is sent to the email used at checkout and includes an activation code and a protected installer link. Paddle separately sends the receipt. If delivery does not arrive, contact WUTONG support and include the Paddle transaction reference, but never send a full card number or password.
Refunds, withdrawals, faulty-product rights, and the effect of a reversal are described in the Refund Policy. A completed refund, reversal, or chargeback may disable the related license and cancel unused access or conversion allowance.
Mandatory rights, changes, and contact
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. The terms presented and accepted at checkout apply to that purchase; later changes apply prospectively unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
